Anaheim based Construction Company is looking for an Exterior Rehab Crew Leader.

The Crew Leader will be working on-site at apartment communities doing necessary work while supervising 3-6 employees. Some duties will be working with carpentry, windows, doors, plumbing re-piping, stucco and drywall.

The job locations will be in North Orange County and the Crew Leader must be willing to travel as required to and from the apartment communities.

job Requirements

-Minimum 5 years of remodeling experience
-Must have own tools
-Previous experience supervising from 3-6 employees
-Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
-Ability to work under pressure/stress, meet deadlines
-Ability to lift 50 pounds
-Ability to work in a flexible work environment and travel as required
