Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Tasks)
Piping design, mechanical room layout, plumbing design and layout, fire protection design, riser diagrams schematics and details. Duties will also include water, natural gas, sanitary, storm, and vent pipe sizing, hot water systems design,cost estimating, shop drawing review, and field investigations. Autocad drafting also required (2006). Education (Minimum Required)
Associates Degree in Engineering Design/Drafting. Experience (Minimum Required)
4+ years in plumbing and fire protection design Other Required
Additional technical or related coursework. Additional Education, Experience and/or other qualifications desired
ASPE participation. Excel spreadsheet. EEO
