Dispatcher

SuperFloors/Interior Specialists Inc., one of the largest multi-state flooring contractors in the U.S., has an exciting opportunity for a Dispatcher at our Kent, WA corporate headquarters. This position is responsible for a variety of dispatch and administrative duties in our Production Scheduling Department. Get ready to jumpstart your career with SuperFloors!

Responsibilities include:
- Dispatch of installers (subcontractors)
- Communicate scheduling problems to Scheduling team
- Warranty scheduling
- Weekly maintenance of builder line schedules
- Communicate on a regular basis with subcontractors and with a variety of internal staff members
- Gather information and problem-solve
- Miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Computer literate (experience with a DOS-based program is preferred)
- Good typing (40+ wpm) / data entry skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
- Previous Dispatch experience preferred
- Construction industry experience or floorcovering product knowledge is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively with distractions in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone skills and written/verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attendance and reliability
- Must be able to work efficiently within a high-pressure environment
- Team player with positive attitude
