Director of Customer Service

KB Home Inland Valley division, located in Pomona, CA., currently has an opportunity for a Manager/Director of Customer Service, which will report directly to the EVP. You will oversee all aspects of this 40-person department, including field reps, Customer Service department to include warranty claims, cost control, scheduling and quality control. This department oversees Customer Service for the Inland Empire area. Your people skills will serve you well in this role as you interact with your team, other members of the division and homeowners.
REQUIREMENTS
Other requirements for this role include: strong construction experience and knowledge; customer service management experience, preferably in the residential homebuilding industry; strong leadership abilities; solid communication skills; and the ability to work well in a fast paced, growing environment.
