Director - Estimating Design Build

Horizon, a development, design and construction firm is one of Wisconsin’s fastest growing companies. We have over twenty five years experience with designing, building and managing senior housing. Over the past five years we have aggressively entered the hospitality market adding water parks and renovating existing hotels.

This position plans, coordinates and directs the estimating functions, including administering operating budgets, staffing, work assignments, salary and performance reviews, etc. Develops and implements all department standards and procedures, responsible for review of all final estimates packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
REQUIREMENTS
At least seven years of construction estimating experience required.
Must have a strong commercial background; conceptual budgeting is preferred
Must have Timberline experience
Must have strong Excel, Outlook and MS Project skills. Previous coaching and leadership experience required.
