Provide on-site field management of ground up and/or open-store remodel projects for national retail/restaurant General Contractor which provides construction services to many very well-known national/international companies including Rite Aid Pharmacy, Blockbuster Video, Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, 7-11, Quiznos and others. We are licensed in most states from Colorado to Hawaii.We provide exceptional compensation including Health/Dental insurance, Life insurance, 401k, paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick time.Bonus incentives are also offered.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Travel as required, basically anywhere north of the Grapevine
2. Demonstrate strong, capable leadership qualities
3. Possess "hands-on" multi-trade work experience
4. Possess several years superintendent level management experience
5. Exhibit exceptional problem solving and conflict management/resolution traits
6. Value honesty, communication and strong work ethic
7. Possess a willingness to work in unusual conditions, time frames and beyond usual scopes of work
