Construction Superintendent

Purpose: We are looking for 2-3 superintendents for a position in Los Angeles. Candidates must have heavy civil and commercial construction experience. We are not looking for residential site superintendents. These superintendents can range in experience level from 5 - 15 years. They
must have Heavy Civil/Commercial construction experience on projects ranging $20 - $30 Million and up. These candidates must have strong knowledge in complex projects as well as experience with Structural Steel, Concrete, MEP Systems, Seismic Retrofits, etc).

Qualifications: 5+ Years of Experience $20 - $30 Million projects / projects must be complex &/or unique. Must have knowledge in heavy construction (ie Structural steel, concrete, seismic considerations, etc) Good job history ( ie 3+ years with current and last employer).
