As an Construction Secretary you will be expected to perform the following functions:
Assist the Director of Construction in various tasks or projects
Prepare and process Home Start paperwork
Process and track all building permits
Prepare and distribute all home information to each field office

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for Construction Secretary

High school diploma - some college preferred
1-2 years experience in construction industry preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail oriented, work well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines
