Construction Project Manager



Project Manager for laid-back but experienced Development Company in booming Northwest/Puget Sound market. As part of our team, candidate would be expected to shoulder their own load with general oversight in concert with the principals and other managers and are given general license in management style and dispute resolution. We want mature people with level heads to work interdependently with us to continue to build on our good reputation for delivering a good product on time and on budget. While not stuffy, we are professionals who value great customer service and doing the job the right way the first time with great competency.

Job Description:
Project types range from small single-family product in multiple locations to multi-family product in multiple locations with commercial and hospitality as well.
Knowledge and experience with all construction types a bonus, but Type V a must.
Construction methods include stick/site built as well as factory-built approaches.
Project duties include meetings with all parties, scheduling, tracking, budget management, interface with local and state jurisdictions, report functions, travel to jobsites, and other regular project management duties.
Job may also include development planning, proformas, forecasting, brainstorming, and other front-end opportunities. REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements:


Experience with computeraided management tools, Word, Excel, and other software a must.
Must be able to read construction documents and agreements easily with experience and understand the ramifications of language and drawing symbolism.
Ability to work independently under general direction is an absolute.
Must be able to handle several small projects or a couple of larger projects simultaneously without supervison.
Solid, interactive, and pro-active communication skills very necessary.
Must be a mature team communicator.
