Construction Project Manager

Responsible for managing the construction process of Fossil's retail stores from budgeting, scheduling, vendor selection and relationships, and coordination of site construction and completion. Construction management - coordinate with general contractors regarding construction activities. Vendor supply ordering and coordination - order fixtures, source and procure fixtures. Ensure all fixtures; lighting, etc. meet necessary requirements. Budgeting - ensure all aspects of the job are at or under budget. Permit coordination - ensure all necessary permits are obtained on a timely basis. Inter-department coordination - coordinate planning, product, IS to ensure construction is timely. Drawing revisions - coordinate any changes/revisions with the architects, vendors. Review drawings and necessary changes in AutoCAD.

REQUIREMENTS
Travel Percentage: 10%
Qualified candidates will possess the following:

1. BA, Business - Construction Management emphasis or equivalent experience

2. Experience with construction related items, management, materials, cost, procurement and onsite construction

3. Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, Access and Project as well as AutoCAD and Planning.
