Construction Project Manager

Manage medium to large ($.5M to $10M) facility projects from definition through design and construction.Using our in house procurement team. procure bids from A/E firms for the design contracts and General Contracts for construction projects.Constructability review of design drawings 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100%. Analyze, evaluate & forecast project costs and performance.Create and maintain project schedules for planning, design, and construction activities (Microsoft Project). Access the impact)(s) of design/construction changes and schedules slippages and develop feasible workarounds. Interface with end users, Recourse Managers and Process Facility Managers to define requirements and develop detail scopes of work.Provide input to the Manager of Facilities Management and the Implementation Manager on project status. Create and present status presentation to users and management.


Requirements:

4 Year Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field) and 10 to 12 years of related work experience.Requires engineering knowledge in architectural, electrical, mechanical, civil, or related field. Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Word.
