Project Manager

Well-established general contractor with over 70 years of experience in lump-sum public works construction seeks a Project Manager in it's Irwindale, CA office. The successful candidate must have a current knowledge of the Southern California construction market and be familiar with local subcontractors. In addition, the candidate shlould possess the following qualifications:


3 or more years of general contracting experience in projects ranging from $100,000 to $10 million

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2 years of college in architecture, engineering or construction technology

Ability to handle multiple projectsat any given point in time

Proficient at client relations

Experienced in contract review and change order negotiation

Proficient in schedule preparation


Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
