AWARD-WINNING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKS TALENTED PROJECT MANAGER 50 - 100K/YR DOE (DIRECT-HIRE POSITION) One of Silicon Valley's leading construction companies is seeking a bright, talented project manager to join its team. Our client has been featured in numerous publications, including the Silicon Valley Business Journal, in recognition of the company's outstanding achievements in construction and development. With nearly 50 years of experience doing office, senior living, industrial and multi-family residential projects and historical renovations, our client offers a stable work environment and room for advancement. The project manager will be required to: Create and maintain project schedule, including 2-week look-ahead schedules. Chair weekly subcontractor meetings. Adhere to the requirements of the project plans and specifications. Direct staff to maintain BSB standards of building. Monitor, price and implement owner-directed changes. Monitor budget compliance and the RFI progress. Maximize talents of staff team members, monitor construction progress and direct personnel accordingly.
