Leading national builder that owns the multifamily market in DC, Virginia and Maryland area is looking to bring on board outstanding Multi Family Construction Managers that will continue to propel their successes. Work on landmark projects building luxury Multifamily Homes. Many projects are currently underway with a solid pipeline in progress. Excellent opportunity for growth and advancement. Company is seeking long-term strategic thinkers.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess the following experience:

·Minimum 5 years experience within the homebuilding industry as a Manager of Multi-Family Construction

·Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related study or Job related experience equilivant

·Management of pre-development process providing detailed comparisons of construction techniques and cost review design options. Able to recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality or availability of materials

·Provide oversight for value engineering for all predevelopment projects

·Create and establish all final construction documents, schedules and budgets.

·Oversight on a day to day basis of all on-site construction activities

·Analyze job costs and manage the project to the closing budget

·Evaluate performance of project team members

·Select subcontractors and compose scopes of work for contracts

·Responsible for individual projects from start to finish

·Review and approve all subcontractor’s and supplier’s pay requests

·Address all warranty issues and complete final documentation

·Ensure project and subs are in compliance with company safety standards

·Completion and close-out of the project and the acceptance of each project by the Owner
