As a Construction Manager, you will be expected to perform the following functions:

Oversee projects from permit approvals through construction and final certification and community turnover
Responsibility for the successful delivery of new projects through the use of construction schedules,contract documents, land development budgets, environmental studies, geotechnical reports, engineering and architectural construction plans and permit compliance reports.
Will work under the direction of a land development Project Manager or Project Director.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for the Construction Manager
2 years minimum real estate experience
High School Diploma/GED required - College degree preferred
Valid driver's license
Excel and computer literate
Excellent organizational skills
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Ability to do extensive walking, climbing, stooping, and standing while assisting with and monitoring home construction
Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
