CONSTRUCTION F/T, EstimatorsConstruction EstimatorAre you a journeyman tired of pounding nails, re-wiring a house or installing plumbing then give us a call. We need a person like you with lots of seasoned skills to visit our customer leads and provide estimates for their projects. We are a design/build contractor and do simple re-models as well along with profitable re-pipes and electrical re-wires. We hold 4 licenses – General B, Plumbing, Electrical and Flooring.Working duties:* Visit customer leads sites to estimate their project.
* Generate contract proposal for review and approval by Management
* Be a client service / project manger for clients sold* Visit jobsites sold for status checks and progress updates for completion* Develop new subcontractorsQualifications desired:* At least 5+ years experience in construction industry
* Basic understanding math skills
* Construction management
* Reading and knowledge of blueprints and plans
* Great people and negotiation skills
