Construction Estimator

Purpose: A Regional Construction Management firm has an immediate, full-time opportunity for a Senior Estimator in their Irvine office. Candidates will be expected to produce estimates at concept, schematic, DD, and final phases.

Qualified candidates will have a BS and preferably an MS in Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Survey with 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience in the Construction industry. Candidates must have change order estimating experience as well as feel comfortable negotiating with Contractors / Owners. Field experience with large, institutional projects as well as industry certifications are preferred but not required. The position will require local and/or regional travel.

Candidates should expect to work 40 - 50 hours per week. Pay will range between 75K - 100K and is negotiable based on experience. For immediate consideration, please email your resume, cover letter and project history to
