Construction Administration/Observation ? Licensed Architect or Project Manager (non-licensed)

Experience: minimum of 12 years working in the fields of architecture or construction

Education: College degree or combination of related experience

We are looking for someone who: supervises, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for organization, control, integration, and completion of construction administration and observation of architecture projects. Reports directly to the President of the company with responsibilities for employees engaged in construction administration or observation activities. Plans and formulates program and organizes tasks according to project requirements.

Candidate must understand technical studies, design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and testing, in accordance with architecture and engineering disciplines. Reviews plans for compliance with architecture principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving architectural design and problems. Directs integration of technical activities and products, evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases. Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget, prepares interim and completion project reports.
