Purpose: Aerotek is currently looking for a senior level estimator for direct placement with client in Vienna, VA.

Candidate will be working in a very prestigious, rapidly growing, and interesting company based out of Vienna, VA. Great location and wide variety of both public and private tenant fit-out, renovation, and base-building projects. Company has many long term federal and military projects around the country, with 50 permanent or satellite offices. Company has amazing promotion and career growth potential as well as solid benefits and compensation packages.

Qualified candidates must have about 4 years of relevant experience with commercial and military tenant fit-out, renovation, and base-building estimating experience. Candidate must be computer savvy and have knowledge of RS Means software. Projects range from 20K-several million in budget. There will be a lot of client interaction, and some form of office management.
