*Project Managers - Minimum 5 years experience
*Project Secretary's - Minimum of 3 years experience
*Accounts Payables / Payroll Clerk - Minimum of 3 years experience

REQUIREMENTS
*Superintendents - Scheduling all subcontractors and inspections, building in compliance to the plans and specifications, maintaining a safe work place and maintaining a quality project.

*Project Managers - Processing all submittals, overseeing the budget of the project, processing all Change Order Request, Change Orders, Request for Information, Payment Applications and working directing with the superintendent.

*Project Secretary's - Typing all subcontracts, change orders, meeting minutes, maintain all logs and project filing.

*Accounts Payables / Payroll Clerk - Maintain subcontractors files, their insurance requirements, their releases and other related paper work. Process their monthly billings and all vendors. Process field payroll for 10-20 on a weekly basics and for the office for 10-15 on a by-monthly bacis.
