Civil Land Development Project Mgr.

Purpose: Land Development Project Manager International Civil Land Development Firm is looking to hire a project manager for their Sacramento Office. Job Duties:

- Public works, street, drainage, and utility projects
- Total project management from design to completion
- Manage daily staffing requirements
- Work with clients and subcontractors
- Plat Design
- Water System Design and Modeling
- Sewer System Design and Modeling
- Drainage Design and Modeling
- Transportation Evaluations
- Management of subcontractors performing related work
- Development of Preliminary and Final Plat Documents, including
- Improvement Plans
- Planning and zoning issues.



Qualifications:

- B. S. in Civil Engineering, M. S. Preferred
- E.I.T., P.E. Preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in Leading Others
