A very prestigious Civil Engineering, Land Planning and Land Surveying firm has an immediate need for a Civil Engineer for large-scale commercial, residential and some industrial projects.

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION

The firm is extremely profitable and has a backlog of projects. They offer excellent compensation/benefits with a yearly bonus program of up to 10% to 12%.

Description:


Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of experience working as part of a Civil Engineer design / production team. The position requires the ability to work well with a team of Engineers/Designers/Drafters and coordinating with the Project Manager. Duties would include the civil design of these large-scale commercial and residential development projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD / LDD is preferred and land development, grading plans, drainage plans, sewer / stormdrain projects and subdivisions are required. Candidate should be able to handle multiple projects at one time.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to work in a fast paced, productive environment. Will be working closely with Project Managers and Design team.

REQUIREMENTS


- 3+ yrs experience in Civil Engineering / Design

- Experience with Commercial, Residential plans

- BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience

- P.E. license is a highly desired but not required

Must possess strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Must be able to efficiently manage teams of Civil Engineers on major projects.
