CADD Operator / Supervisor

Operate/Supervise 3 Person HVAC & Plumbing CAD Department. Must have solid knowledge and operating skills of AutoCAD and plotting devices. HVAC design and field experience of commercial and institutional building mechanical systems and construction required. Familiar with 3D CAD software in order to develop 3D drawings from 2D construction documents. Experience with 3D modeling of architectural and structural elements desired. Department produces detailed 3D drawings of the HVAC and plumbing systems within and including the building model for coordination, fabrication and installation purposes. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and complete tasks working with other members of the department in a timely and efficient manner. Good leadership, social skills and attitude required
