ABLE BODY BRANCH MANAGER The Branch Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations. The Branch Manager must possess and display strong leadership and decision-making qualities. Management duties include, but are not limited to, dispatching, monitoring and supervising temporary workers. Other required tasks involve servicing and soliciting customer accounts. The Branch Manager must be able to coordinate with the HR Department regarding hiring and firing decisions. The Branch Manager must maintain accurate records and monitor the accuracy of all reports sent to the corporate office. A Branch Manager will supervise and monitor the performance of the Assistant Manager and hourly staff members.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Must have a never-quit-attitude, superb work-ethic and most importantly, integrity. • Must have 3+ years managing an operations team • Possess 2-3 years outside sales • Experience in the Construction or Light Industrial industry is a plus • Must have strong business, customer service, and sales skills • Communication skills are essential, as this position interacts with people at all levels • Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays We offer: • Competitive compensation package with base, benefits and bonuses • Car allowance, mileage and cell phone • A team atmosphere with emphasis on success • A training program designed to help you succeed Responsibilities: • Arrive at the branch 15 minutes prior to opening (5-6 AM varies by location) • Contact customers on a daily basis and work towards securing sales by managing the entire customer relations aspect to expand and grow the business • Dispatching workers to job sites and distribute paychecks at the end of the work day • Manage branch operations, including profit and loss and budgeting Daily Duties: 1. Organize daily work order tickets 2. Coordinate efficient transportation to work sites 3. Assign proper work & safety equipment 4. Dispatch suitable workers to work sites 5. Process new applications and verify all information 6. Process Notice to Owners (NTOs) 7. Oversee data entry and reporting 8. Maintain client and worker files 9. Handle risk management issues as they arise 10. Service existing customer accounts 11. Solicit new customer accounts 12. Conduct Safety Inspections 13. Assist in afternoon payouts 14. Prepare daily and weekly billing 15. Prepare for next business day 16. Maintain a clean, safe and professional work environment * Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by Able Body Labor.
