Services Supervisor

We seek an Operations/Services supervisor to direct our commercial rating unit in delivering quality and timely service.
Establish work priorities, schedules and distribution. Maintain time and production records and conduct performance appraisals. Perform all duties related to hiring, training and management of staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: 4 year degree or equivalent business experience is required. Administrative operations and supervisory experience is preferred. Insurance knowledge and coursework a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Additional responsiblities of this position will require total familiarity with all our Web based technology offerings and the ability to travel to our customers offices and train their staff. Occasional overnight trips will be required. Appropriate coursework or company-sponsored training must be completed before assuming the responsibilities of this position.
