Senior Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst Support role for our client in the Crystal City, VA area. Our client is a well-respected company made up of the brightest minds in business process improvement. They focus solely on the federal government with particular strength in DOD. The company is stable and growing with current revenue of approximately $20M. This is a great opportunity for career growth as they promote heavily from within.Compensation range: $50,000-$60,000.The Senior Analyst will:Support a strategic transformation effort for the U.S. Navy.
Perform complex research under guidance of the Project Manager and senior staff.Present research results clearly and concisely to clients.
Develop and recommend alternative solutions based on results.Implement company standards to ensure top quality in all delivered products and services.Specialize in a specific knowledge area related to company business.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree.One to three (1-3) years work experience.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Enthusiasm, creativity, and high motivation to excel.Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance. (U.S. Citizen)
