Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development and support of the vision and business objectives of the organization
Work involves strong project management skills with focus on implementing process and systems improvements cross functionally
Significant independent as well as team based activity and judgement is utilized with general direction provided by management
Direct activities of resources in line with business objectives
Support the Global Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) Helpdesk
Implement and maintain compliance reviews
Establish and maintain quality metrics and guidelines
Training end users in processes, procedures and systems
Implement process and systems improvements globally and cross functionally
Translate business requirements into effective business solutions
Identifies risk, provides analysis and contingency planning
Recognized by senior leaders as a Subject Matter Expert on Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and Record Management

Skills/Experience Required:

Areas of expertise include records management, project management, information lifecycle management, quality analysis, statistical analysis, compliance and risk management
5 years of experience with understanding of e-Discovery and Litigation Hold processes
5 years of experience with managing diversity and Global teams
5 years of experience with Global regulatory requirements (i.e. privacy, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Export Control etc.)
5 years of meeting facilitation experience
5 years of project management experience
5 years business/industry knowledge experience
5 years experience with records management system/applications
Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) at an advanced level
Knowlege of Viso at an advanced level
Knowledge of Lotus Notes or other E-mail communication tools at an advanced level
Customer focues with an aptitude for customer service
Ability to deal with multiple organizations simultaneously at a variety of organizational levels and provide sound direction
Strong leadership skills with a high level of confidence
5 years of experience working under tight timelines
Strong organizational skills to plan, schedule, implement work in an organized manner

Education Required:

Bachelors degree in Library Science, Business, Records Management or related field
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Certified Records Manager (CRM)
