Qualifications We are looking for candidates who may have experience in sales, retail, management, teaching, coaching or business ownership. Experience in financial services is not necessary. Candidate should be at least age 21 and live a minimum of five years in the local area. If you do not live in South Florida (Dade, Broward, Palm Beach)you need not apply. A four-year college degree is preferred but not required. Qualified individuals will be allowed to start part-time with us and maintain their current employment while he/she is being trained.
