My client is ready to hire!!

This organization is a growing manufacturer in South Jersey who is employee friendly. Longevity is common. Strong tactical skills are needed for the following: Health and Welfare: PPO; Disability; Life Insurance; 401K; researching trends and industry surveys; cost analysis; administration of compensation. As the Manager you will also oversee the Payroll process. MOST important is a proven track record in the Generalist realm so responsibilities can grow. Additionally you will be making presentations to the executive team and so key will be excellent communication skills.
Undergraduate degree is a must. Graduate degree a strong preference.
Benefits are excellent. Salary is commensurate with experience: 80 to 100K
