Sales Representative

Trade Sales RepresentativeRepresenting the distinction and innovation of the local, independently owned branch, our trade sales representative will sell the finest quality window and door products and services to commercial, residential and industrial customers. With the backing of corporate resources, training and incentive programs, you will develop organizational skills to structure your own work environment, territory and records. You will be challenged to build successful relationships, learn to negotiate, and manage your own schedule. In this great first step out of college, you will be provided with the opportunity to grow personally and professionally while contributing to the success of our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Call on homeowners, contractors, and/or other customersGenerate leads - prospectFollow up on your leads, as well as those generated by the sales branch officesWork out of our beautiful showrooms and take products and demonstrations to the customer’s locationNegotiate and sell products and servicesObtain new customersHandle all organization, detail, and records for your customer baseDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with builders, contractors, architects and trade organizationsProvide follow up and excellent customer service to prospective and current customers
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and to develop your own work styleAbility to meet people and create lasting business relationships.Good managerial skills to manage your time and accounts and a driving ambition to get to the topMust be very creative and exude high level of energy and confidenceExperience in sales or the building industry, as well as the desire to relocate is helpful but not necessary.
