Farmer Bros. Co. is an established manufacturing and distribution company founded in 1912. We are currently seeking a Sales Trainee for our Phoenix, Arizona branch.
This is an entry-level position where you will learn our business from the ground up. This position is designed with the purpose of supporting and training for a Route Sales Representative position. Our company promotes from within; therefore opportunities for advancement are unlimited for the appropriate individual who would seek to make a career with our company.
The Sales Trainee employee will receive on-the-job training such as fundamentals in warehouse operations, inventory control, product knowledge, beverage equipment repair and route sales skills. Starting pay is $15.85 per hour with a pay increase to $16.58 per hour after six months. This position offers excellent benefits including: health, dental, vision and prescription insurance; life insurance; short and long term disability insurance; pension plan; employee stock ownership program and paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.We are looking for individuals with a valid Arizona driver's license, a clean driving record and the ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug-screen and background check.
