Recruiter and Trainer

Growth Opportunity in a forward thinking, dynamic company. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing all recruiting activities. This will mean coordinating with real estate schools and networking with current professionals. This position will also have responsibility for implementing portions of the training and mentoring programs. Individual will work in concert with the designated broker and owner. The ideal candidate will have tremendous networking ability and phone skills are essential. Candidates have exceptional follow through and follow up. Compensation will be based on individual and company performance. This company desires to grow from 30+ current agents to 500+ quality agents. REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills individually and in group settings. Must enjoy the phone as much as person to person interaction. Great follow up and follow through. Needs to be a critical thinker when looking for solutions to challenges. Real Estate experience would be extremely helpful. Computer, email and database management skills are essential to success. Must think today and 3 years from now for personal and business goals. The desire should be on both growth and development of themselves and the people around them. Must be motivated and creative.
