PDS Technical Services is looking for Recruiter to join our branch in Phoenix, AZ!! PDS is in the people business - a proven leader in our industry. Our goal is always to connect the right people to the right jobs. Come be a part of the explosive growth of this staffing leader!

This position will report to the Branch Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
1.Responsible for providing staffing services to existing customers in their recruiting and personnel needs.
2.Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates for customers.
3.Interviewing, evaluation, hiring and termination of contract personnel.
4.Negotiation of wage and salary rates with candidates
5.Marketing positions to candidates, and submitting selected candidates to clients
6.Will be responsible for visiting with clients, end users and candidates face to face.
7.Will attend job fairs, networking events and perform heavy telephone work.
8.Will be responsible for meeting monthly objectives and must be very well organized.
9.Any other responsibilities as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
4 year college degree
1-3 years experience recruiting
Successful job history in a retail or customer service position
Computer literate.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound discretion and judgment.

Contract staffing
Staffing industry recruiting experience
