Quotes Program Manager

This position manages and performs all program quoting activities. Responsible to develop and validate labor quote models, CCA and integration and test. Performs all labor quote CCAs. Understanding of Circuit Card Assembly mfg process, SMT, PTH, and electro-mechanical assembly is required. Position is also responsible to manage competing priorities and deadlines for large quote/bid packages, price reductions, and day-to-day management of RFQs, re-quotes, etc. Position is responsible to communicate progress on projects frequently and effectively to appropriate individuals and prepare accurate labor estimates. Must be proficient with Microsoft products.Job Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance and 3+ years experience in CCA Manufacturing.
This position requires the following skills and abilities:

•Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
•Supervisory experience desired.
