JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative, no two days will be exactly the same. The majority of the day will be spent working with customers either in person or by phone. You will assist our customers in completing loan applications and loan approvals and other administrative duties such as the entry of sensitive information and customer follow up. You help keep the store neat, clean, and organized. At times, you could be out of the office marketing, going to the bank, or assisting customers in servicing their financial needs.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENtS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including every Saturday
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced professional environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Computer literate
- Good work history
- Reliable Transportation to be used on a daily basis
- Valid State Driver’s License and Proof of Liability Insurance
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Successful pre-employment background check, credit check, and MVR check
- Prefer cash-handling, retail environment, collections, or customer relations/service experience
