Location: Yuma, AZ Outside Sales Representative At Qwest, our foundation is the Spirit of Service. As a Qwest Outside Sales Representative, you will share our Great Spirit everyday working in one of our locations acting as a primary point of contact for sales of Qwest products and services to consumers by gathering data to determine telecommunications needs and offer the most appropriate solutions. Position Requirements: Sales are primarily conducted via direct consumer contact via multiple avenues in the field. Ability to perform various internal system tasks to generate order activity such as obtaining customer credit information, arranging for security deposits when required, verifying addresses and availability of facilities, resolving discrepancies to ensure the order is processed accurately, and negotiating installation dates and times with the customers Required to learn company rate plans and products-Satellite TV, DSL, Residential Telephone, and Wireless Perform face to face sales and revenue generation throughout contracted Qwest communities. The Outside Sales Representative is required to work varying hours including weekends, evenings and holidays. Previous Wireless Sales Experience Preferred Special requirements of the job: Must have reliable transportation to events Must be able to transport company materials Must possess and provide a valid drivers license and proof of valid insurance Must be able to lift/carry company materials up to 30 lbs.As a dedicated employee, you are one of Qwest's most important assets.
