Nioxin Business Development Manager

NIOXIN Research Laboratories is the exclusive research company and manufacturer of professional therapeutic haircare products. As a privately held research company, Nioxin is committed to providing the leading haircare-treatment systems through renowned scientific technology and natural-based solutions.

This career opportunity encompasses the brand management and sales development of the Northern California region. The Nioxin Development Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives through the implementation of key initiatives and management of brand programs.

Summary of Responsibilities

Implements and leads sales programs and brand support with the regional distributor, Distributor Sales Consultants and salon accounts.
Organizes and executes promotions, events, brand education and salon support.
Achieves business growth through the development salon accounts.
Manages regional business plan and budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

5 years experience in the professional beauty industry / related sales background
Secondary education preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication / strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to foster teamwork and produce results with others.
Organizational skills; ability to manage business plans, programs and budgets.
Computer literate
Business acumen / strong professional skills

This position offers a base salary + bonus and full benefit package. 50% regional travel in northern California is required
