We are assembling a team of talented individuals who creatively sell to State and Local Government agencies without an RFP.


Here’s the facts. The Government, one of the largest employers, is facing a worker shortage. Careerbuilder is creating a new division offering a solution to State and Local agencies to aid the problem of a retiring workforce. The demand for our service is so high we had to create an entire division specialized in selling to State and Local Government agencies.


As a National Account Executive you will be heavily relying on your prospecting skills to close deals with everyone from a Night Shift Manager to the Governor. You will also be tapping into your creativity to close deals without an RFP. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help shape the direction of this new division.

REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate is someone who has sold to State and Local Government agencies with measurable success for about 3 years. It would be even better if you have sold without using an RFP. We are also looking for someone who is energetic and likes to start sales from scratch and grow them to multi-million dollar accounts. The need for our solution is high so, someone who can manage the sales process with multiple clients would do well. Time management is going to be key as you are going to be meeting with State and Local decision makers every week. This position may work out of an office or from home requiring the person to be very self-motivated.
