Marketing Manager for Live Fire Training System (LFT System)

EDUCATION REQUIRED: Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional
experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing position for Live Fire Training Systems (LFT). Position will require extensive travel to range sites,
interface with US Army and Marine Corps customers on all levels, and support of trade shows and range conferences. Person will be
involved in developing a comprehensive marketing plan for the business, interfacing with technical staff for new product development,
support of proposals and shaping the overall business strategy.
STANDARD JOB DESCRIPTION: Manages more than one functional area in Marketing, such as advertising, pricing strategy and policy
analysis, product marketing, trade show coordination, packaging design, marketing research, market planning, licensing. Responsible for
coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and
recognition/disciplinary actions.
