Marketing Coordinator

Wendy's International, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in our Phoenix office. This person will assist in the development, communication and implementation of local marketing plans for all stores within the assigned area. Responsibilities include:

•Responds to customer correspondence and questions regarding local marketing programs.
•Communicates marketing information to company and franchise personnel.
•Coordinate and orders point of purchase materials.
•Provides materials to help educate, advise and assist operations management in marketing programs and activities.
•Develops presentations and reports for marketing meetings.
•Works with advertising agencies and other suppliers in the execution of local marketing programs.
•Supports the Regional Marketing team

Necessary education and experience includes a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field; and 1 - 2 years in marketing, including previous advertising agency and/or media buying experience helpful; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Good communication, presentation, negotiation and organization skills are essential.

Minimal overnight travel required. Approximately 30% day travel involved.
