JOB SUMMARY:



Support the marketing and sales teams with planning, monitoring results and strategic acquisition initiatives.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Gather data, conduct research, analyze business needs and trends, and develop strategies to support business decision-making for acquisition and retention of Medicare Eligible Membership. Model and/or design business processes and corporate data, as needed. Standardize reporting procedures, metrics and financial data to allow a clear view of acquisition efforts. Organize and participate in review sessions with regional and corporate marketing management. Develop understanding of company strategic plans and long-term objectives while maintaining industry and functional knowledge. Make recommendations on marketing and sales operational changes to improve results.

REQUIREMENTS


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems
Masters in Business Administration is preferred



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Minimum 2 - 3 years related work experience in senior level marketing position, assisting with campaign generation and results reporting Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in healthcare industry Experience with direct marketing and database marketing is preferred Previous experience implementing analytical modeling for segmentation Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively within a team and actively promote team building Excellent oral, written and organizational skills
