Manager, Database Marketing- Seattle, WA

Leading Software Company seeks a Database Marketing Manager to perform the following duties:

Optimize campaign execution to drive increased program performance and results by developing customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
Utilize a variety of technical tools to query & manipulate data to enable the most effective usage of customer data within CRM and analytic efforts. (SQL, SAS, Access, Epiphany, etc)
Provide strategic guidance around the selection and usage of customer data within various internal and external data sources, as used to drive increased levels of sales, revenue, and customer loyalty. Maximize effectiveness of data usage through the leverage of analytics and modeling programs that improve campaign yield.
Drive collection of campaign test data to create case studies around best practices in data utilization.
Educate client groups on the systems, processes, and data that are available to support their marketing activities.
Support the development and management of database solutions, both internally and outsourced, by driving requirements determination, prototyping, user acceptance testing, and ongoing identification of business needs.
Responsible for developing data discovery and acquisition programs in order to increase reach and coverage into key audience segments. This includes the development of testing and reporting structures that enable measurement of effectiveness of campaigns.
