If you know how to build relationships, if you’re not afraid to sell over the phone, then keep reading….this just might be your ideal career move!DESCRIPTION:Trader Publishing Company, the photo guide/classified publication industry leader in the US (www.traderonline.com), seeks a successful sales professional to further develop our U.S. Travel Guide (USTG) publication within our Travel Media Group. The Travel Media Group provides advertising to the hotel/motel industry. The Inside Sales Representative sells USTG products and services to new and existing clients in a predefined territory under the direction of the National Sales Manager. USTG is a major distributor of hotel advertising coupon publications selling advertising contracts to the lodging industry.SPECIFIC DUTY HIGHLIGHTS ARE: Achieve the annual sales goals of the defined territory by developing, implementing and directing the strategies and actions in accordance with established guidelines. Using Sales Automation, maintain a prospect list, ensuring the contact names and addresses are correct and current. Manage prospect list by adding or changing information, as it becomes available. Each issue of guide printing, review new list and update. . Responsible for completing contracts completely and adhering to company pricing guidelines according to qualifications for rate and terms. Ensure established sales office administration guidelines are executed, followed and maintained. Maintain all current & accurate contact records to include history.QUALIFICATIONS: A drive and passion to be the best High energy At least 1 year sales experience Must be organized, have a high degree to detail and the ability to adhere to deadlines. Must be self directed, self-motivated, and focused on results.
