Inside Sales Specialist

Wind Mill Slatwall Products, a leader in the retail and fixture industry, is seeking an experienced inside sales specialist to join our expanding inside sales team. Responsible for delivering excellent service to customers via phone, fax and e-mail. Duties include but are not limited to quoting, determining yields, processing credit memos, checking inventory and resolving customer issues. Entering orders, quotes and codes using computer software. Obtaining freight quotes via the Internet. Working closely with regional sales regarding customer development and retention. This position will serve to support our growing consumer market segment of home and organizational products. In addition to sales experience, the qualified candidate is accountable for delivering the following:
Excellent customer service and communications skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office, the Internet and keyboarding a required must
Proficiency in math
Project management experience a plus

Preferred but not required:
Interest in garage and home organization
Knowledge of retailers who purchase and sell organization products
Knowledge and experience of retailer systems and order processing
