Global Program Manager, Service Sales and Compensation
Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: Information TechnologyResponsibilities: The Clinical Systems ITO (Inquiry To Order) group at GE Healthcare has an incredible opportunity to run programs with highly valued benefits by partnering with the Clinical Systems Commercial teams. The initial areas of focus will be the implementation of business solutions for Variable Compensation, Service CRM and Service Contract Quoting.Key responsibilities of this position include:
Execute multi-generations projects with Commercial teams in Services business to deliver critical revenue growth targets
Release opportunity management, quotations, forecasting functionality on Siebel platform as a part of Service Sales programs
Drive the simplification of important commercial processes with the functional teams
Stabilize and optimize the Callidus and SWB Sales Compensation implementation for Americas. Partner with the functional team to drive adoption and development of SOPs.
Own and execute mutli-generation projects for resolving challenges with sales compensation credit assignment and further global Callidus deployments. Deliver benefits of increased sales compensation accuracy
Responsible for program budgets, resource allocation and planning to ensure delivery of business benefits.
Responsible for people management activities including development, distribution of work assignments and inter/intra team issue resolution.
Maintain effective communication with customer, client, supplier and systems management.
Drive the Value Stream Mapping and Lean exercises to simplify the go-to-market methodologies of the Service, Supplies and Accessories teams.
Drive retirement of existing commercial tools related to Legacy Service and Compensation applications.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Enginering, Business, Marketing or IT-related discipline.
Ability to manage and execute on concurrent deadlines and multiple projects
Strong demonstrated project management skills covering the full development life cycle. Experience with at least one software development methodology.
Strong commercial/customer focus
Experience implementing global methodologies across functional lines.
Strong communication skills - ability to communicate at both functional and technical levels across functions and organizations.
Strong process skills and the ability to drive project/process execution. Business focused problem solver.
Green Belt certified.
5-7 years experience in combination of Quality, eBusiness, Sales and/or Operations rolesDesired: * Black Belt certified.
Advanced degree or GE Program graduate.
MBA
Experience utilizing and maintaining Customer Relationship Management Systems including Siebel
Experience utilizing Variable Compensation Models or Systems including Callidus
Oracle ExperienceGeneral: Key points of interaction for this position include:
Clinical Systems functional Teams. This includes the Sales, Service, Finance, Order Management and Commerical Operations teams.
