Job Description:
Prepare R&D budgets, forecasts, regular reports, and proposals with justification documents for the product teams within the Wastewater Biological and Clarification business center across several geographic locations. Facilitate design, engineering and testing of new and modified wastewater treatment and solids handling equipment to reduce cost, improve function or displace current technology. Identify and reduce technical and economic risk. Manage testing, including written test procedures, test plans, test requests and test reports. Direct internal and external resources. Perform R&D project management functions, including budget and schedule management. Manage patent, trademark and other Intellectual Property issues and budget.
Reports to R&D Director.
MSME or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 10 years mechanical engineering experience required, preferably in a product development environment.
Compensation:
There is assistance available for relocation.
