EXECUTIVE
SALES DIRECTOR


Capitalizing on your demonstrated leadership skills, you will guide a passionate, highly motivated sales team to sell luxury senior living at our brand new community in Scottsdale, AZ. Qualifications include direct relationship sales experience achieving individual and team sales goals, familiarity with developing budgets and marketing strategies, the ability to grow the talents of others and an appreciation of selling to older adults. Industry experience desired. College degree preferred.




DEVELOPMENT
SALESPERSON


This highly enthusiastic, team player will exceed goals in selling entrance-fee model continuing-care residences throughout the development period and beyond. To qualify, you must have direct sales experience with high-end products or services, a record as a top sales producer, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. Experience with REPS or other customer relationship management (CRM) software and a college degree preferred.
