Director of Human Resources

Solari Hospice Care is a growing organization that delivers exceptional care at the end of life.

Join us in our Corporate Office in Phoenix, AZ as our Director of Human Resources.

Develop and recommend policies and practices related to all Human Resources activities for Solari Hospice Care, including but not limited to, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, Human Resources law and organizational planning and development.

Requirements:

BA in Human Resources or related field with 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources, experience in medical industry preferred; well-developed administrative skills; strong management skills related to principles and people; high energy level, comfortable performing multiple projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities; superior interpersonal abilities.
