Director, Business Development, East Region

Contributes to WesCorp's continued growth by leading the Business Development Eastern Region team. Execute and monitor a startegy to sell and distribute WesCorp's Investment, and Payment Systems services and products throughout the Eastern Region. Provide direction for client relationship management. This position will telecommute from the successful candidate's current location.
REQUIREMENTS
Thorough knowledge and understanding of business development as evidenced by a minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Credit Union Industry. Exceptional sales management knowledge including coaching and training of sales teams. Strong product knowledge of investments. Demonstrated consultative sales skills. Very effective communication skills.
