The Client Connections Coordinator fields company generated leads on behalf of a superior sales force according to best practices. We are a value-added department, performing lead generation and incubation using web-based technologies and we continually refine our approach and response to the market, with an eye to providing a superior customer experience. Strong written and verbal communication and technology skills with emphasis on MSFT Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Minimum two years customer service, call center, sales support or sales experience, with experience in supporting a long sales cycle. Full benefits, 401k, EEO.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Field web-generated leads within customer services standards of the company, using web-based and wireless technology to meet those standards.
2.Incubate leads using telephone, e-mail and postal mail contact.
3.Maintain record of contacts in ACT and in the company’s proprietary software databases.
4.Generate monthly reports of leads accepted, leads placed, leads declined.
5.Maintain records of leads source and capture/conversion rate by source.
6.Perform needs assessment of clients.
7.Assist clients in selecting an agent.8.Arrange for signatures on preliminary paperwork (buyer brokerage agreement) before placement
9.Coordinate with on-site Loan Officer to ensure appropriate purchasing power before assignment.10.Maintain weekly contact log with assigned agent until closing of transaction11.Prepare internal paperwork for referral fees
12.Process commission payouts13.Assist other department members with preparation of relocation packages and other tasks, as needed.
14.Assist other department members with training of agents who will be accepting web-generated leads
15.Participate in scheduling, preparation and attendance at Buyer’s and Seller’s seminars
